Detailed description of Treplevna Cottage

The conservatory faces south west and looks over the front garden. It is furnished with two wicker chairs, which may be taken into the sitting room if additional seating is required there. There are also coat hooks and space for outdoor footwear. The conservatory forms the front access to the property and leads into the sitting room.

The living room is furnished to a very high and comfortable standard, with easy chair, double sofa-bed (metal action), a footstool, tv, video, CD player and radio. There is a telephone to receive incoming phone calls and to make emergency calls. The decor is relaxing and neutral throughout. There is an open fire and a variety of books, games, video's, dvd's and CD's for your enjoyment. The sitting room provides separate access to the bathroom through a two-door small lobby and also to the dining area of the kitchen through another doorway.

The kitchen and dining area are accessed from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery and cutlery for 8 people. There is a washer/dryer, dish-washer, kettle, fridge, microwave, hoover and electric cooker. The window from the kitchen has panoramic views over surrounding countryside to the sea beyond. There is a stable door providing access to a small back garden, which contains a rotary clothes dryer and a bench.

Integral to the kitchen is the dining area, with seating for four persons. The dining area also contains a bureau in which you will find a variety of leaflets relating to nearby tourist attractions, maps and train time-tables.

There are two bedrooms. The one shown is the master bedroom, containing a king-size bed, double wardrobe with wooden coathangers and a chest of drawers. there are two wall mounted reading lights. The view from the window is over the front garden to fields and the old mine and sea in the distance.. The second bedroom contains bunk beds, a single built in wardrobe and a cupboard.
